First came love, then came marriage, then dreams came true...
Founders, Leang Lee and Linda Arn, are both partners in life and in business. They first met near bright fluorescent heat lamps with the smell of fried chicken in the air at Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken. After finding out they have more in common than just fried chicken, they wedded in 2007. They soon came to find themselves opening their own Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken in 2008. After years of building experience from operating and managing their first restaurant together, while taking care of their family with four beautiful children, they have now formed SoCal Wings. SoCal Wings first came into fruition as the couple's dream was to open a business where they could start fresh and bring everything they've learned under their own umbrella in a new kind light. Simply they couldn't choose to do just boba drinks or wings, so they decided to put two delicious types of foods together and then top it off with some extras. SoCal Wings surely isn't just limited by wings and drinks. Just to name a few, also offered on the menu are mozzarella egg rolls, rice bowls, and shrimp.
